52 yards of worsted weight cotton

Gauge doesn't matter.

Cast on 34 stitches ( or any multiple of 6 + 4 )

1) k4, * p2, k4 * to end

2) p4, * k2, p4 * to end

repeat 1 and 2

5) p4, * k2, p4 * to end

6) k4, * p2, k4 * to end

repeat 1-6 five times

end with row 5, bind off.
