ReplyDeleteThank you :)
ReplyDeleteThis pattern is adorable and I would love to give it a try. I have a question about the YF's in the pattern. You don't indicate in the pattern when to return the yarn to the back. Is it YF, work the next stitch in the pattern, and then return the yarn to the back? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou just take your yarn forward work the next stitch as you would normally that should bring your yarn to the right working place for your next stitch.
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
Beatiful gloves. I will attemp to make them but I have one question. When we knitt (K2tog) how do we add the stitch back?
ReplyDeleteLove these gloves, I will attempt to make them. I only have one question. How do you add the extra stitches after you knit (K2tog)?
ReplyDeleteSoCalGril24,
ReplyDeleteThe yarn forward ( yf ) after the
k2tog with make a new stitch when you knit the following k1. Like a yarn over.
Thank you very much, Barb
Do we go back to stitching in the round at row 40? That would be 31-35 2x not in the round, then continue to end in the round? I'm excited to see how these gloves turn out. Just picked up an extra stitch though...
ReplyDeleteStephanie,
ReplyDeleteYou start back in the round with row 42. You don't need to do row 31again as row 35 is also a purl row. So the repeat of that row is not necessary, it would put you on the wrong side if you do both. Hope that helps :D Barb
Thanks Barb. That makes more sense now.

ReplyDeleteI really liked you wrist cover patterns, but do you have any "easier" patterns? These seem a bit ambitious for ME. Thanks
