growing fast

 
This is one of most curious chicks we have this batch, she loves to be held...but not so sure she likes the camera lol. She's a Rhode Island Red 


This little one is the first to come over every time. This is a mix between Ameraucana rooster and Rhode Island Red hen. 
                                                            
Very friendly, sweet birdie....
even though bigger always nice to the other chicks. Not sure if we have a roo  or pullet yet.


                                            Face shot of same chick, in the background there is a  Barred Rock pullet and the fuzzy toed bantam ( the black and white ones )...a production Red pullet and same Red pullet as the first shot on left....way in the back is another Ameraucana Red mix also not sure if boy or girl...

83 yds of medium weight yarn ( shown in Caron’s Symphony Rose Violet )
dpns sizes 6 US
gauge 4.5 stitches by 6 rows per one inch

k = knit
kf/b = knit into the front and back of the next stitch
k2tog = knit 2 stitches together
tbl = knit through the back loop
psso = pass slid stitch over
sl 1 = slide one stitch purl wise
yo = yarn over needle to make new stitch
(   )x =  repeat directions inside brackets as many times as indicated

I was asked to make a fingerless glove for a friend that she could wear in her classroom...
